How long does my order take to ship?

We know our customers are excited to get a new watch. We do everything we can to ship as quickly as possible. You can expect your watch to be carefully packaged and sent out within 3-5 business days.

International Shipping is $6.99

Returns Policy:

Our entire business model is developed on transparency and honest representation. If you’re unhappy with your purchase and believe it was misrepresented please contact us within 3 days.

We are unable to warranty or accept returns of watches subjected to water exposure, abuse, dropping or tampering with the movements.

Additional Note: many vintage watches will state they are “waterproof”. This was not an accurate claim and extra caution should be used when water exposure is possible.

NEW WATCH WARRANTY:

Third Watch LLC will service every brand new watch sold on our website for a period of 1 year after purchase.

COVERAGE:

Third Watch LLC warranty applies to the following:

• Manufacturing defects

• Watch movement

EXCLUSIONS:

Third Watch LLC warranty does not cover any damage resulting from, water/moisture damage. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet/band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch. Damage which occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party, nulls and voids the warranty

This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.
