Returns, Refunds and Warranty Information

We strive to offer a wide range of watches to suit any style and budget. Due to our diverse collection, there’s not a one size fits all policy. Listed below is a general overview of returns, refunds and warranty. If you have any questions about a specific product or service please contact us at Sales@Third-Watch.com

RETURNS:

Custom Shop

There is no Refunds or Returns on Custom Shop watches. In most cases Custom Shop watches will come with a 90 day 50/50 Warranty. In some instances extra exclusions may apply. This may be due to requested customization or customer supplied parts. Specific details will be provided in the final Custom Shop order form.

Third Watch Designs

Third Watch branded watches may be returned within 30 days for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. Please contact Sales@Third-Watch.com for return instructions.

Third Watch branded watches are covered under a 1 Year Limited Warranty.

Pre-Owned

Pre-Owned watches may be returned within 30 days for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. Please contact Sales@Third-Watch.com for return instructions.

Pre Owned watches come with our 90 day 50/50 Warranty.

WARRANTY

One Year Limited

Your THIRD WATCH warranty is automatically registered when you purchase a watch. Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program. Our warranty does not cover “external damage” to the product. The warranty applies to the following:

Manufacturing defects
Watch movement

The THIRD WATCH warranty does not cover any damage resulting from, water/moisture damage. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet/band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch. Damage which occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party, nulls and voids the warranty from THIRD WATCH.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.

External wear-and-tear from normal daily use.
External damage to the product. Any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch
Defects caused by outside force, improper use, or ANY such incidental damages which occur by dropping or banging the timepiece.
Any lost/missing stones or gems on the outer portion of the watch or watch face
Outside modifications and third party repair attempts void the warranty
Any damage if used under conditions which exceed the watches water resistance guidelines.
Watches that are labeled as water resistant featuring a screw down crown. The crown must be screwed down properly at all times to keep the watch casing from receiving water damage inside the stem. Water damage is not covered under warranty by THIRD WATCH.

90 Day 50/50 Limited

Due to the various ages of our Pre-Owned Inventory and wide range of manufacturers, we offer a 90 Day 50/50 warranty. Similar to the warranty on our own THIRD WATCH watches, this warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects
Watch movement

If there is a covered defect, THIRD WATCH will repair the watch at 50% of the actual repair cost.

External wear-and-tear from normal daily use.
External damage to the product. Any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch

Shipping and Return Shipping

We ship via USPS and UPS with tracking. Shipping to the United States is $7.50. Worldwide shipping is $15. You may request alternate services or additional services such as signature required at your own expense.

To return your product, you must first request a return by emailing Sales@Third-Watch.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
