For repairs or modification please select “Existing Watch“. We will need the brand and model such as “Seiko SKX007“. We will also need a brief description of the issue or desired modifications, such as “running slow/losing time” or “upgrade to double dome sapphire“. You will be provided with a quote by email, typically within 48 hours. A 50% deposit is required to begin service. The remainder is due at completion, before your watch will be returned.

For a Custom Watch please select “Custom Build”. For the “Brand/Model” please indicate desired movement such as “NH35” or “ETA2824“. We will also need a brief description of your concept. Please include:

• Hand Type
• Strap or Bracelet
• Additional Details or Parts You’re Supplying

Once we receive your request we will begin working on your quote. Typically there will be a few exchanges of emails to work out the specifications. This is a great time to show any reference pictures you may have. When you’re satisfied with the concept we will provide an itemized invoice through PayPal. A deposit of 50% is due to begin building your watch. The remainder must be paid at completion before your watch will be shipped. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on “Custom Shop” watches.
